1. SHIPPING ON NORMAL DAYS

• Delivery Monday-Friday only
• Process will take 1-2 days of working hours
• Order Confirmation and Payment receipts will be send through EMAIL once payment is successful.
• Tracking number will be send through EMAIL by Easy Parcel once your parcel is packed and ready to shipped to your delivery address
• If tracking number not receive within 3 working days, please contact our customer service and provide your Order ID No.

2. SHIPPING DURING PEAK SEASON/SALES

• Process will take 2-3 days of working hours depending on volume of orders received
• Days parcel to arrive depending on your place of domicile. Delivery to Klang Valley normally take 2-3 business days. Peninsular Malaysia within 4-5 days and East Malaysia may take 1-2 weeks. Depending on the courier service in the area.
• Item purchased during sales/peak season/Ramadhan are not refundable/exchangeable
• Strictly no return
• Please check all your items, design, color, size and delivery address before payment, as all purchase are final and no refund/exchange of color/sizes is allowed after payment is successful.

3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

• Delivery abroad will be using ARAMEX Courier. Shipping to overseas can be delayed up to 3-4 weeks, but it does not happen often. Do expect any possibility of lateness as we are not in control of such delays in parcel movement.
